1. Acceptance

By using Sanjeevanee CRM ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Using Facebook Login

If you sign in with Facebook, you permit us to access profile fields you approve. You can revoke access in Facebook settings at any time. Revoking access may limit features.

3. Account data and user content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the CRM. You grant us a limited license to store and process it to provide the Service.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Illegal activities, malware, spam or hacking.
• Attempting to access other accounts or systems.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may request account deletion — contact support@sanjeevanee.in.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted, our liability is limited to direct damages up to the greater of $100 or the fees paid in the last 6 months.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms; we will post a notice and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.
