What information we collect

Facebook public profile (name, email, profile picture, Facebook ID) — only the fields you approve.
CRM data you enter (contacts, notes, tasks).
Device & usage data (IP, browser, logs) for security and analytics.

How we use your information

We use data to authenticate you, provide and improve the CRM, secure accounts, and offer customer support. We do not sell your Facebook data to advertisers.

Data sharing

We may share data with trusted service providers (hosting, backups, analytics) under contract. We may disclose information to comply with laws or to prevent abuse.

Retention & deletion

We retain account data while your account is active. You may request deletion — see the Data Deletion page. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Your rights

Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
Revoke Facebook permissions from Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites.
